Our client have an estate of coffee shops, and express vending machines to provide their signature blend coffee. Our client combine real milk to create a variety of barista quality coffees, from lattes and cappuccinos to espressos and cortados, delivering an authentic coffee shop experience at the touch of a button.
We have worked with a leading coffee vending provider for a number of years providing the boards for one their popular coffee vending machines, usually without problem. However, the coffee vending provider received an EOL notice from their previous provider on the central processing unit that was designed to go with our boards. The coffee vending provider needed an immediate solution to ensure they could continue the roll out of the vending machine on a global scale, needing 1,500 more PC’s for to be delivered in 2022.
The Hubit team wasted no time, and found a quick solution to help their client. Hubit were able to secure 1,500 pieces of stock with the manufacturer, and were able to get them on hold and shipped as soon as they were manufactured.
We were able to work with our supplier to split the cost of the stock 50-50, so that the order could go ahead and we could come to an agreement on the shipping process. Working in a three stage delivery process, we shipped the first 500 to our customer in April 2022, the second 500 in July 2022, with the final 500 set to ship in October 2022.
We are proud to be continually working with this client, helping them supply their global estate of the coffee vending machines, powered by our embedded PC’s.
