Tektelic KONA Atex Macro Ex IoT Gateway

The TEKTELIC KONA Macro Ex IoT Gateway is a carrier-grade LoRaWAN® gateway designed for outdoor deployments in hazardous environments. With a custom ATEX Zone 1-rated enclosure, IP66 protection, and a rugged design optimized for airflow, heat dissipation, and cable management, it can be deployed directly in areas where combustible gases, vapours, or dust may be present.

The gateway combines high-performance LoRaWAN® radio technology with Ethernet, PoE, and cellular backhaul, providing reliable connectivity in challenging RF environments. Remote management capabilities help reduce the need for site visits to hazardous locations, making it well suited for pipelines, mining, chemical facilities, refineries, processing plants, and grain production.
